Community Services Performance Contract & Supplemental Documents
New River Valley Community Services’ annual Performance Contract with the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) for Fiscal Year 2026 and Fiscal Year 2027 is now available for public review and comment. As required by the Code of Virginia, this document serves as the primary accountability and funding mechanism between DBHDS and the local Community Services Board.
Any public comments must be submitted in writing and are due by June 30, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Those should be submitted to the following address:
