New River Valley Community Services (NRVCS) served a total of 1,388* residents during FY 24. This includes 527 minors (under age 21) and 861 adults (age 21 and over). This includes support for individuals with a primary diagnosis of either a mental health or substance use disorder, as well as individuals living with a developmental disability.
During FY 25, the Women’s Resource Center of the New River Valley’s hotline received 2,402 calls, totaling 794.75 hours.
