Upcoming support group topics planned

Topics for the weekly support groups during the months of July, August and September will focus on anger management, emotional regulation and interpersonal skills, and how these three areas interrelate to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Note: The July 27 meeting will feature
the VAMC Rural Health Outreach team.

Please note that the start time for support groups has been moved to 6:00 p.m.
