NRVCS: Inclement Weather
Policy
New River Valley Community
Services (NRVCS) follows the
Radford University schedule
during times of inclement
weather.
If Radford University is closed
due to weather, all NRVCS
offices and clinics are closed.
Should Radford University
announce a delayed opening, NRVCS
offices and clinics will open
that day at 12 noon.
Interested parties may also call
NRVCS' main business line
(540-961-8300) to confirm any
schedule changes. (This
recording is updated as early as
possible on the mornings when
schedule changes are necessary.)
On days when the agency is open
and weather conditions worsen
over the course of the day, any
decision to close early is at
the discretion of the NRVCS
Executive Director. If the
decision is made to close
offices and clinics early, every
effort will be made to notify
those directly affected by the
schedule change as soon as
possible.
Please note that these changes
do not affect any
24-hour/residential program
operated by NRVCS. |
