SUPPORT SERVICES MANAGER

TYPE OF WORK: Responsible for managing the resources required to provide centralized inter-office administrative support for the agency (involving a minimum of five different geographical locations), including telephone, typing, mail, courier, and data transmission services. Performs a wide variety of duties to direct and coordinate customer service functions. Provides overall supervision, direction, and quality control of support personnel and activities.

Position is forty (40) hours per week with excellent full benefits. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field and three (3) or more years of supervisory and administrative management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent computer skills and knowledge in standard office products with effective organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written skills required with the added ability to teach/guide/direct staff. Must possess the ability to maintain positive effective working relationships with others, have excellent personal and team organization skills and excellent customer relations skills.

Standard working hours:
Weekdays 8:30am to 5pm
Occasional Weekend or Evening Hours may be required


STARTING SALARY:
$39,608 – 43,569 (Starting Range dependent on qualifications)
