TYPE OF WORK:
Seeking a
motivated, reliable and independent
individual for regular cleaning care of
multiple sites within New River Valley
Community Services. The Housekeeper is
responsible for the cleanliness and general
care of multiple NRVCS facilities.
Operations of the cleaning function will be
provided in a safe, effective and cost
effective manner under the direction of the
Facilities Manager. Day and evening hours as
required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified
applicants include individuals who are
capable of routine physical labor including
but not limited to care of floors, surfaces,
windows and all general areas of agency
operated facilities. Must be able to
effectively complete tasks in a timely
manner and work independently as needed.
Must be able to safely move and lift up to
50lbs and push/pull 75lbs worth of
equipment. Must possess a valid Driver’s
License and maintain a satisfactory driving
record to operate agency owned and provided
vehicles.
STARTING SALARY: $7.52 per hour
