TYPE OF WORK:
Provides
individualized Case Management services for
children identified as eligible for Case
Management services due to emotional
problems, substance abuse issues,
developmental delay, or mental retardation.
Coordinates services and/or resources needed
by the child to maintain and/or return to
community living.
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an
accredited college or university with a
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or human
services related field, with at least one
year's experience in a setting working with
children with needs in the areas of mental
health, substance abuse, developmental
delay, or mental retardation. Demonstrated
knowledge of case management/social work
practices and resources available to help
consumers in the community. Valid Virginia
driver's license and safe driving record
required.
STARTING SALARY: $28,874
