TYPE OF WORK:
This position may be assigned to perform in
one or more of the following services on a
licensed PACT/ICT Team: Case Management,
Psycho-social Rehabilitation, Mental Health
Supports, Crisis Intervention, Crisis
Stabilization, Pre-vocational, Vocational,
and Intensive Community Treatment. Works as
part of the team to assure services and
resources are coordinated among providers as
needed to help individuals served live and
function optimally in the community
provides direct services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or experience in a field that
demonstrates the ability to perform the
assigned tasks; Bachelor's Degree in
education, social work, psychology or human
services related field with at least two
years of applicable related clinical
experience working with individuals with
mental illnesses is required. CPR and First
Aid certification are required. QMHP status
or eligibility is required. QIDP and/or QSAP
status or eligibility is helpful.
STARTING SALARY: $30,318
