TYPE OF WORK:
Provides case
management, mental health supports, crisis
stabilization and/or psychosocial
rehabilitation services to clients with
serious mental illness, substance use
disorders and/or intellectual disabilities.
Works as part of the team to assure services
and resources are coordinated among
providers as needed to help individuals
served live and function optimally in the
community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in
education, social work, psychology or human
services related field with at least one
year of applicable related clinical
experience working with individuals with
mental health needs and/or intellectual
disabilities or at least four years
of experience employed as a Nurse, Case
Manager, NRVCS Paraprofessional or QMHP/QIDP
in a Community Services Board or equivalent
setting in another state or an
unrelated Bachelor’s Degree that includes at
least 15 semester credits in a human
services field and at least three years of
applicable clinical experience or an
unrelated Bachelor’s degree and at least
four years of applicable clinical
experience. Certification in CPR and First
Aid,
possession of a valid
driver's license and an acceptable driving
record is required.
STARTING SALARY: $28,874
