ADULT & FAMILY SERVICES - COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL I

TYPE OF WORK: Provides case management, mental health supports, crisis stabilization and/or psychosocial rehabilitation services to clients with serious mental illness, substance use disorders and/or intellectual disabilities. Works as part of the team to assure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and function optimally in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in special education, social work, psychology or human services related field with at least one year of applicable related clinical experience working with individuals with mental health needs and/or intellectual disabilities or a Registered Psychiatric Rehabilitation Provider (RPRP) registered with the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association ( USPRA) as of January 1, 2001; OR an individual with at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in an unrelated field with an associate’s degree in a human services field and who has at least three years clinical experience; OR an individual with at a least bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and certification from the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association ( USPRA) as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP); OR an individual with at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in an unrelated field that includes at least 15 semester credits (or equivalent credits based on a trimester system) in a human services field and who has at least three years clinical experience. Certification in CPR and First Aid, possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record is required.

$29,740
