TYPE OF WORK:
This position
may be assigned to perform one or more of
the following services on a Community
Support Team: Individual and Group
Counseling, Case Management, Psycho-social
Rehabilitation, Mental Health Supports,
Crisis Intervention, and Crisis
Stabilization to clients with serious mental
illness and co-occurring substance use
disorders and/or intellectual disabilities
Works as part of the team to assure services
and resources are coordinated among
providers as needed to help individuals
served live and function optimally in the
community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited university
with at least a Master’s degree in
psychology, counseling, social work, or a
related human services field is required.
Experience providing direct clinical
services in a community based mental health
setting is helpful. Licensure or Licensure
eligibility as a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse
Specialist, Professional Counselor, Clinical
Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist is
required. Training and expertise in
providing psychological testing is helpful.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is
required. QMHP eligibility or status is
required. QID and/or QSAP or CSAC
eligibility or status is helpful.
Certification in CPR and First Aid,
possession of a valid
driver's license and an acceptable driving
record is required.
STARTING SALARY: $34,428 (if License
eligible); $36,150 (if Licensed)
