ADULT AND FAMILY SERVICES - CLINICAL PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

TYPE OF WORK: Provides for the overall management and/or clinical supervision and oversight for one or more AFS Community Support Teams and/or a PACT/ICT Team. Provides direct clinical review for staff documentation and assures quality clinical services are provided. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with services supervised. Also provides direct and indirect services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or experience in a field that demonstrates the ability to perform the assigned tasks; Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related human services field is required. Experience providing direct clinical services, preferably in a community based mental health setting is required. Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist is required. Training and expertise in providing psychological testing is helpful. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. QMHP eligibility or status is required. QID and/or QSAP eligibility or status is helpful.  Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.

STARTING SALARY: $42,395
