Type of Work: Provides direct services to individuals residing in agency operated Assisted Living Facility.  Works with residents, family members, other care givers, other staff to ensure appropriate services are delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications: Must have the education and/or experience in a related field that demonstrates the ability to perform the assigned tasks.   High school diploma or equivalent is required.  Will train for Certification in CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, and the DMHMRSAS MR Residential Services Provider as required.  Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Starting Salary: $9.70/hour (part time), $20,184 annually (full time)
