TYPE OF WORK:
Responsible for the day
to day operation of a 10 bed, 30 day residential
substance abuse program, including supervision of
paraprofessional staff. Assists program manager in
development of policy, procedure and goals for the
program. Also expected to spend approximately 50% of
time in direct or client related services and available
as needed to clinical staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified applicant must have a
Master=s
Degree in a human services field and be eligible for
Certification in Substance Abuse Counseling in
Virginia. Three year=s
experience working in a residential substance abuse
treatment facility, one year=s
experience doing supervision, and additional
Professional Licensure preferred. Must have a valid
Virginia driver=s
license.
STARTING SALARY:
$40,376
